1、  Lift the protective board, level the lock center with the wheel center and put it under the car wheel.

2、  Make the two hooks lift the right position and then turn left the handle. The hooks should be fixed the wheel tightly.(the four holes should be in the position of cross)

3、 Turn the key to the built-in lock until the bar is not rotational. make the protective board cover the hole of the built-in lock and then lock the padlock.

4、  When it is open, unlock the padlock and insert and turn the built-in lock until it is rotational. Turn right the bar and make the hook separate with the wheel. Pull the lock and put it in the car.
