1. Brief Introduction ¡¡¡¡Liquid Sulphur Dyes is a kind of dyes widely using on the domestic and international markets. On the bases of powder sulphur dyes, it becomes pre-vat steadily liquor through scientific selecting suitable materials and chemical processing. Compared with powder sulphur dyes, it has many advantages, such as brilliant color, excellent leveling, and simple operating, convenient using, stable quality and unifying of coloring result. Low cost and brief technology are also superior than vat and reactive dyes, and it is suited for exhaust dyeing, jig dyeing, pad-steam and so on. It can be used for dyeing for cotton, hemp fibroid textile and other blending fiber with special requirements of good fastness. It can achieve perfect putting color together because of complete and bright color, and auxiliary form a complete set. And it doesn't contain contraband, except of light green and bright green. In order to extend the need of the client, making use of dye inter mediates, our factory manufactured four liquid sulphur dyes: New Red Brown Q-BRR, Red Q-LGF, New Blue Q-LBF and Navy Blue Q-SB. 3. Applied Technology (Reference) |

1). A. Dip and Roll the Dye Liquor ¡ú Reduction Steam ¡ú Four Trough Washing ¡ú Oxidizing ¡ú Soaping ¡ú Washing with Hot Water ¡ú Washing with Cold Water ¡ú Drying
B. Technological Parameter:
One dip one roll, the temperature of the roll liquor is 25¡æ-30¡æ;
The rate of roll liquor is 75%-85%;
Reduction steam is 102¡æ, time is 40"-60";
Speed of the machine is 35m-45m/min;
Four trough washing, flow;
Oxidizing, 30%double oxygen water,5-10g/L or choose other oxidant;
Soaping, the same as powder form;
Washing with hot water , above 85¡æ.
2). The quantify of using is decided by the depth of dyeing.
3) .The quantify of the antioxidant is inversely proportional to the density of dyeing, light color should add more, dark add little or add nothing, as follows: |

But the steady of the sulphur blue is not quite up to the mark, and can be easy to oxidize, so when dyeing the bright blue, we should add more antioxidant.
4). Oxidant Q-2: the using of oxidant is decided by the function of the liquid sulphur dyes, some use, some don't use. But the assortment not easily oxidized must be use Oxidant Q-2. After oxidizing, its color will become beautiful and brilliant, and its fastness also will get greatly improve. When using Oxidant Q-2, in order to remove floating color, the colored fabric must be fully washed, and its quantity of using is usually at 4-8g/L, and temperature is 60¡æ -70¡æ, and PH achieved 3.5-4 with glacial acetic acid help, after oxidizing 10-15min., washing.
5). Technological Conditions:
Different varieties have different temperature, red brown is 40?C -50?C, yellow, yellow brown and green are 60¡æ -70¡æ, and black is 90.¡æ |

4.additional dosage of the liquid sulphur dyestuffs
In the dyeing procedure of the liquid sulphur dyestuffs, the separate dyeing ratio is different. So in the dyeing procedure, the dosage of every dyestuffs should be added in order to guarantee the consistency of the initial chroma. |
